Yes, CIC Family Medisure (retail health product) allows installment payments before cover starts or during the policy period, but claims will only be paid once full premium is settled.
What if I want to cancel my health insurance after purchasing?
Reach out to CIC formally via email, retailmedical@cic.co.ke or letter with instructions and reason for cancellation. CIC will then review and advise on cancellation terms as per policy conditions including any refund amount (if eligible).
Do I need to link my bank account in order to use it?
No, you do not need to link your bank account to use or benefit from the policy. Linking or providing your bank details is necessary only if you’ll be receiving a reimbursement from CIC.
